When claiming in our VIP, invoices are due within 24 hours.
Unpaid invoice is an automatic removal to our shop.

Turnaround on claimed items:

Orders DO NOT get submitted until the following (Monday) that you paid your invoice. (May also vary on the orders we receive that week, if we don’t reach our quota it can be delayed to the following week)
Shoes: 2-6weeks (if shoes sell out, it can delay shipping time) (we do notify)

PRE-ORDER boutique clothing:

30 business days from SUBMITTING date.

PRR-ORDER boutique clothing outfit sets: 2/6weeks.

Inspired items: 35 business days once submitted.

Return Policy

ALL Orders are non-refundable

If an item is no longer in stock and you will like a refund, there will be a 2% restocking fee on top of .30 cent charge for your order. This is coming directly from the merchant themselves. To avoid the hassle, we can offer store credit for your next purchase.

Shoes are non-refundable

Please be sure to check our home page for submitting dates & turnaround time. We do not offer cancellations for any orders placed.  Please be sure to measure your babe's foot to ensure sizing is correctly.

Orders Placed

Once your order is placed, we can NOT change style, sizes or cancel.

Additional Shipping

If your order exceeds the shipping limit, you will be invoiced separately for the remaining amount. your order will not ship until the invoice is paid in full.

Damaged

If the item is damaged, We will replace it. (If pictures are sent in within 24 hours of item being delivered) Shipping in non refundable.

Wrong Order

Received the wrong order, We will replace it. (Proof with pictures)

Pictures need to be sent in within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Wrong Addresses/ Change of Address

We're not responsible for any wrong addresses & not able to change any addresses once your order is placed.

Once your package is dropped off at USPS, its not our responsibility anymore.

For any lost packages, you need to contact your local USPS.

We offer ROUTE for your protection on any lost/damaged orders. Orders will need to be submitted into Route if such. Lost packages are not refunded through us, and will have a process going through route.

Any items sent back will need to be paid in FULL for shipping again.
